We are fortunate to be a part of region 5, the strongest and most competitive region in the country! Region 5 includes Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Region 5 athletes and coaches come together many times throughout the year to participate in training camps, clinics, workshops, etc. to promote the sport of gymnastics and enhance the performance level of the athlete. We thank all of the coaches, athletes and parents who come together to make a difference in the sport of gymnastics.

Our teams work hard to achieve their goals. Gymnastics is a sport that requires desire, commitment, and time. We would not be successful without the dedication from our athletes, parents and coaches.
