Our preschool curriculum focuses on exploration, creative movement, motor skill development, coordination and introduction to beginning gymnastics. Through games and movement, children will be taught and encouraged to work together and follow instructions. Daytime and evening classes offered through age 5.

Our school-aged curriculum is a fun program that follows progressions for learning skills on many different apparatus. All students begin with the level 1 curriculum. Each students’ progress is monitored by their instructor and challenged in a fun and safe environment. Your student will build confidence and gain new friendships all while working to build a stronger body and stronger mind.
All students will be working on a predetermined set of skills and sequences on each event. Each new skill builds on a prior skill that has been attained. While some skills are mastered easily others take much practice. The student is introduced to gymnastics through the proper warm-up, conditioning, flexibility, and basic skills on all events.

Students will continue to challenge themselves by increasing their skill level on each event and working on flexibility and strength. They will be given the opportunity to try new skills and set new goals to prepare for level 3 class.

Boys’ gymnastics will begin to focus on the strength and skills required in men’s gymnastics. While our preschool program will remain co-ed, we offer a boys’ beginner, intermediate and advanced and team program.
Students will learn basic gymnastic skills and gain experience in the following Olympic events - Floor, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings and Vault. Flexibility, strength and trampoline are also introduced.

This class is designed for cheerleaders, those who need to incorporate acrobatics into other activities such as dance, wrestling or karate or for those interested in tumbling. The focus will be on learning tumbling skills and improving the strength and flexibility required to perform such skills.

This class is designed or cheerleaders. It is a fun "cheer" class that will teach students skills they need to prepare for cheer tryouts. Students will practice flexibility, jumps, motions and tumbling.
